How do you do ice effects on CSP?

Lineart or no lineart? Do you make it semi glow or do you prefer to leave it as is?
Any tips on brushes or tutorials?

You study ice. Find a good reference and meticulously copy what you see. Or you can do the lazy method and just heavily reference some photos of ice while painting.
It's the same process you would go through for anything else you want to draw/paint with a semblance of believability.

Think of it this way: rather than make ice, make precious stones or, what I choose to do, crystals, theres plenty of guides on how to do crystal. When youre finished, just color it blue.
Alternatively, just draw rocks, and color them blue, like this>>7615717

Im a turbo beginner that prefers going out of instinct and sheer copying rather than following a guide, so it would be hypocritical of me to recomend you a guide that I myself dont follow, you have to search your own answers anon, I just typed "how to draw crystals" on Google and found a lot of possible routes, you are you, you should decide which to take.

Craig mullins himself came out here to help us, immediately got crabbed and shit on for no reason, and never came back.

He was going to help us for free :( Sucked waking up to that shit and all the anons begging him to come back after he had already left us forever.

This place is a cesspool with good resources and sometimes you get some okay critique.
