They're alright, though they're (obviously intentionally) ugly they have some appeal to their designs, but they feel like stereotypical 'adult comedy' cartoon designs. Like this would be a the characters from a show in the same time block as family guy.

pretty good but when you start to overdesign them it starts to get ugly, specifically the last two. You're also making some bizarre choices like the weird shape of the nose on the last guy and the sharp shoulders on the first girl. Some of this is a result of sloppy shapes like the eyes and eyebrows of the blonde girl. The designs should flow and have a hierarchy of detail and line weights

a big issue is that a lot of the characters have a ton of lines that are of equal importance which makes them cluttered and hard to focus on. The two women on the left solve that problem by softening the facial lines with a dark brown instead of pure black while leaving the lips and eyes as points of interest.

good/10 I'd watch the pilot and then stop watching when the animators kill all of the SOVL by oversimplifying the designs

This reminded me of that cartoon called total drama island. Man I hated that show when I was a kid. They reran the fuck out of it and shoad all the good cartoons off the air for a good period of time.
