He's a great Craftsman so he tries to overwhelm the viewer with his technical skills instead of using creative ways to describe what he's drawing which is why he isn't for me.

Kimetsu no Yaiba anime is beautiful art- it's manga?.... leaves more to be desired so I'd get him there. One piece seems to lack the simple to complex ratio in his work so I can see what problems he has with that as well. Both are not in his wheel house, I'm sure there are many forms of art you don't like yet other people enjoy.

It's clean, detailed and has nice rendering, but there is more to drawing than that.
Many artists could draw a lot more detailed if they wanted to, but they simply don't have the time for that. Comic artists shouldn't draw too detailed because their main job is to create stories, not illustrations.

It's ok, but I don't find roided mutants very interesting to look at. Drawing a lot of muscles is like drawing wrinkles. It looks impressive because of how detailed it is, but it's actually harder to draw smooth skin. I just see no appeal in this kind of character design. It just reminds me of He-Man or whatever. Muscle men without any personality.

Too much detail, it makes everything seem intense, the art of light and dark is also understanding intensity, if he use more flat and use the lines to focus the intensity, it will make everything better.

I feel like such well rendered black and white line work is not only ruined by a coloured render, but it also ruins the colouring too, since there's so much detail in the lines it kind of muddies the colours.

This is something I've thought for a while - Either the linework needs to be simpler, or the colouring needs to be simpler, you can't have both be complex.
