friend of mine is skeptical about doing fanart on social media like twitter, cuz he has these grand notions about his "creative philosophy" of only doing original artwork and never putting it anywhere but his own website, and im tryna tell him not to knock it till he's tried it
obviously, what he does with his art is his business, I just don't want him to kneecap himself out of what could be very fruitful artistic prospects if he gave it a fair chance.
he drew this, what do you think? would you follow him (even if he didn't always make fanart and did original stuff sometimes?)
what do you think on the idea of fanart as a supplement to an original creative platform?
