Hi
A confused anon here
I have a decent level in anatomy, perspective and gesture
Now I want to learn about proportions, light and shading and clothes (folds) in that order
Because I'm very poor when it comes to this subjects and don't know from where to start (like best books, tutorials, courses anything)
If you ask about my aim, I'm aiming to make comics in the future (because my comic drawing level now is very mid)
Thank you for the help

There is no best book, only the best student.

Have you ever done master studies on the work of people like Caravaggio, Paul Rubens, Sargent has a more impressionistic way of rendering folds in drapery and clothes. I'm not saying this is the only thing you should study, but this is literally what the old masters would obsess over, was like a flex of your skill to be able to do these things well and so it's present in a lot of old art.

Just do what you did to learn the former? I'm not gonna ask you to pyw but IMHO it doesn't sound like you have truly internalized as much as you claim, maybe it's just me but I don't think you'd need to even ask how to proceed. Basic googling of those subjects should lead you to enough resources. As for the "best", that depends entirely on what kind of learner you are, it's not something anyone here can answer.
Check the artbook thread, and on the topic of comic art I'd say check out Framed Ink.

What instructors have you liked so far? Try more stuff by them. Other than that, I'd suggest the Famous Artists Cartoon Course.
https://archive.org/details/famous-artists-cartooning-course
Since it's in the public domain, covers all of those subjects and it's applied to the things you actually want to draw. It tells you what to study and practice and has assignments.
After going through it, try making an actual comic to get some actual experience and to see where you biggest weaknesses are so you can study those next. Like the other anon suggested, Framed Ink would be good too.

The fact that you didn't post any work, paired with the fact that you are saying you are decent at anatomy, perspective and gesture, yet you aren't decent at anatomical proportions, which is a basic thing when it comes to the other stuff you mentioned, makes me think you are just a dunning kruger beglet.
You can prove me wrong by posting your work.
If no work will be posted, I'll assume I'm 100% right.

Try to make sense.

Also, PYW, so you can get proper advice, based on your actual skill level.

seconding this, once you start to get the basics down learning becomes easier and you can discern good sources from bad ones. OP shouldn't be asking this question if he truly is as skilled as he claims

Don't listen to the crabs here
Your anatomy is already better than 90% of /ic/ dwellers
Your finished works are decent, not great but passable
The comics you posted on your twitter is good too (not at jap level of course)
And finally someone when asked to pyw do it instead of acting smart or trolling around
Keep it up anon

Go to the red light district, bring pencil and sketchbook, drawing pad, or paper clip board, and a comfortable foldable chair, sit and draw whores. They are free. Talk to them, try to be charming. Free material, remember the whores are also human, so talk to them. Be nice.

He's Tunisian
So there's no red districts there (because Muslim country)
Maybe there's illegal whores in the streets if he looks harder
