What strikes me the most about the picture is how the shirt or jacket or whatever manages to feel like it's just painted on the subject, even though it's supposed to be hanging loose. It's a bit like those low-poly, badly textured models of early 3D games.

You are drawing in 2d. You need to learn to visualize what is behind your subject and connect your lines to the correct contour and perspective.
There's some ways of going about learning this, it's up to you. Practice drawing 3d shapes. Drawabox. Fun with a pencil. Drawing from life. Doesn't matter what method, just pick one to start with.
