Good diet will improve gainz and raise your max gainz even further.
Look at how other people who made it do things, won't 100% work for you but you can learn something. Mike menzer went with high intensity short workouts, Dorian yates went with volume, Arnold went with varying up excercises, all of em were creme of the crop in their time.
Rest. Watch a good movie, play vidya, read a book get proper sleep, go on a nightout, as long as you dont destroy yourself with booze and blunts, you will be destressed, and recharged.
My ass hurts from sitting and drawing as much as possible, i should cut down before i do some longterm damage.
(From experience) it takes me 18-12 hours to finish something if i do it in chunks of 2 hours per day (4 to 6 days). but it takes me up to 20-30 hours if i try to cram as much as possible in a day but it only takes me 2 to 3 days. You get tired, frustrated and inneficient.
Finally motivation: some chase likes, others chase money , some just love it, some use it as an outlet. Here i will post my last wprk, Below i will post something from around 8-12 months ago
