It's interesting to see themes emerge from the comics: The Austria/Australia wordplay, the state of Florida, fried chicken. The comics where the student write English with German accents is funny to me for some reason.

I taught english in small Austrian villages for a little while, it was a sweet gig. But why is everybody referencing the US? You're obviously not american, OP, so what is triggering this response?

If you'd like to do it on a voluntary basis, libraries are an easy route. Show a sample of your work, and tell the librarian you'd like to run a 2 hour event, or that you'd like to start a group that meets once a week or twice a month. They'll fix it up.

If you would like some small payment or money for supplies, they'll advise. The library will often cover supplies, and you could apply to a nearby "cultural council" with a grant proposal. If your request is reasonable and your art is appealing, you have an excellent chance of success.

Also, many local social groups (4H, Council on Aging, "Friends of Nearby Landmark", etc) hold informal art events and fundraisers often enough. They'd be happy enough to host you, I expect.
