You need to reach a minimum skill level to be a professional, but being one doesn't mean you're /adv/

Bait thread but there aren't going to be many commercial works that are going to be labeled anything other than /int/ or even high /beg/ here without HEAVY personal bias, especially with stylized art. That's really all you need to be if your art has enough appeal to make it as an artist and leave the crab bucket forever. Professional work is always made under time constraints and most professionals aren't going to put 100% effort into some personal piece that's not going to make them money just for the sake of showing that they know how to draw.
Composition wise, this does its job. I've never read this manga but I can guess just from the framing that the two characters on the top left and bottom right are on opposite sides of some conflict. The central characters are framed by the negative space formed by the white scarf and makes the eye easily follow a Z shape that easily takes the eye across the whole image from top to bottom. From their positions, I can guess that the top left character is likely a big dog on the protagonist's side, then the eye guides you to the next right side up character who is likely the main protagonist who works with top left guy, then the perspective flips to an upside down character who is likely the protagonist's main rival for this arc of the story, then finally to the bottom right guy who is likely the equally big dog on the antagonists' side for this arc. The main art being in this "Z" also makes it so that the text for the title and chapter number is placed in relatively negative space doesn't disrupt the art and, since Japanese read right to left, easily lets the eye follow the text across the center of the image overlapping once again with the two focal characters and making use of 100% of the space on the canvas. Red origami cranes fill extra space and compliment the green text and hair in an otherwise mute color pallet.
>tl;dr
This is realistically as good as manga cover art gets without getting into stylistic preference.

akshually japanese is read left-to-right when it's written horizontally like this. It's カグラバチ not チバラグカ.
