could you please be more specific in what you mean? obviously what you mean is something like

but there's still the question of what isn't to your liking. you singling out bodies would seem to imply, say, that you think you *can* draw heads to your liking. but are you talking about stylistically, are you talking about proportionally, something else? style appreciation is relative, and we don't know what all styles would appeal to you and how your OP drawing might be altered to fit them. if you're talking about proportions, and saying that you can do proportions fine but not with bodies, then you would simply seem to be not focusing enough on proportions when drawing bodies (again, assuming it's not your eyes that's the problem *per se*); if you can draw the proportions of a head correctly, you can do it for a body, a car, a church, etc.
