That's the reality: people graduate in medicine to stay in an urban center attending to 1 patient every 15 minutes under the health plan and earn 20 thousand at the end of the month. It's not impossible since many countries even inside Europe don't have the same requirements for doctors. 1/3 candidates succeeding is still pretty big considering you have to go through the whole studies again. It's not just a couple of exams, if you're not certified to work as a doctor in another country you have to go through the whole fucking curriculum again.
