If this place is social media, I have it open 8hrs a day at my workplace.
If you refer to TikTok I don't have it. I have IG I scroll some reels before sleeping and that's it.

I use Youtube, Instagram reels, 4chan, and X during happenings and I’m on them too much probably. I work from home so I am just watching shit in the background and I don’t do much outside of work and exercise and grocery shopping. I didn’t even leave my apartment last week Monday through friday
