Well, I'm technically an EFL and English is the primary language in which I intake media so it's sort of a mix.

I'd say 70% but it can depend. If I'm thinking for long enough it feels like the words just melt and the thoughts become more abstract.

it's easier to type something in english, google translate it to arabic, then fix the mistakes than to type in arabic from scratch.
