>>211656740It's hard to know what's actually in demand because most of the resources people use are online garbage and it's never right or accurate. Like if you ask online, you'll see that comp science is in high demand (LOL). My method is shit but I'll give it to you anyways. I thought about it logically, had to guess what REALLY was in high demand/high shortage (knowing how the world is right now), then confirmed by asking recruiters or teachers or bosses or anyone that worked in said field. What I can say for sure, never randomly trust people. All teachers will tell you "you can find a job" because they need students as a business model. Ask people who work in the field. I know comp sci was complete garbage when after talking to a friend who recently graduated, he told it him more than a year to find a job. I knew I made the right decision when it was common to to talk to coworkers and find out they also were getting harassed by recruiters even when they had jobs.
