All I know is they went independent in 1911, became communist in 1924, sided with the Soviets in the Sino-Soviet split, and became democratic in 1991.

Other then that you guys haven't been relevant since Genghis Khan and the Yuan Dynasty.

They were the second communist state in all the world from 1924 but no one knows that.
I mean excluding the memes like the Bavarian Soviet or Hungary.
Their capital still means Red Hero.

You can legit live in Ulaanbataar knowing nothing but the Korean language. About a third of the population worked in Korea and speak Korean with no accent. Mongolians are one of the few people in the world that can speak Korean with no accent.
