What's the hardest to understand accent in English? Be in native or non native.

I can't choose between Scottish and Indian English

Indian

Also, the Finnish accent is easy to understand because we pronounce everything like it’s written

Indian english is pretty easy imo. I'd agree with Scottish, but they often switch to more understandable english when not talking amongst themselves.

Indian. Even their best English speakers will put the stress on the wrong stand
syllable of the word (e.g. "develop" sounds like "devil up" from them) and they will make the same repeated grammatical errors (e.g. "You will able to see that...")
I'm also just not used to how thick it is. I've probably heard less Scottish accents than Indian in my life and somehow understand them worse.

the most difficult part of understanding indian english is being distracted by their stupid head bobbing.

Unless you speak like the Royal Family, there's a good chance you have a hilarious accent too.

National accents are ususally okay because they have to understand each other in the same nationality.
It gets incredibly hard when you get to local/city accents.

For me, it's Liverpool (Scouse)

Indian English is easier to understand but sounds way worse.
