Yes, even MPs are openly sniffing coke now. In fact I have a friend who is a parliamentary assistant for the nationalist party and does coke there, soemtimes with the communists even.
I don't think i know a single parisian who doesn't do coke semi-regularly, it's now as normalized as weed was 15 years ago. Everybody in this city is on coke. I go to a random club they offer me coke like it's a beer.
According to stats "15% of the French do coke", in Paris it's probably more like 30%. Crazy stuff.
