Publix or Whole Foods.

They're the only grocery stores in walking distance from me and its worth paying a little more there than driving to Walmart where there are people having arguments in the parking lot. Or Aldi which just looks depressing from the outside. Sometimes I'll go to Trader Joes since they have good and cheap sparkling water.

Lidl is just across the street so usually my first choice. But ICA has a lot more and usually better quality so I do my bulk shopping there once or twice per month.

Publix grocery section is a scam. Shitty selection plus higher prices for the exact same products you can get at Ingles. Their deli and bakery is good though.

No joke, I basically do all my grocery shopping at the local Asian store in town. The owners suck at both Swedish and English and I love them.
Talking with them is literally the "English not andastando. Longa longa English noooooooo" meme. Got no idea what fuck anyone is saying. It's great.
Also their selection of food is really good and I get a handful of their coupons every time kek.

Just go for the buy one get one free. They usually have at least one bogo for each category.

But I mainly go for the bakery, they're like the only grocery store that makes the bread in house. Most of my spending is things like meat, produce, bakery bread, anyways. Also beer.

It's kinda weird how they have run-down stores for poor neighbourhoods and sparkling clean stores for rich neighbourhoods, but they operate under the same brand, and the product prices are the same.

I most often go to Coop (no relation to the UK store), since it’s the closest to my house, but I actually prefer Migros for some stuff (they’ve got a better bakery). These are the two ubiquitou domestic supermarket chains in this country.

But for fresh produce I prefer Turkish corner shops—much smaller selection, but fresher and often better quality.

For cat food, Denner (slightly scummy local discount chain, owned by Migros), because it’s often on sale.

For non-food items (cleaning products), I cross the border and shop in Germany sometimes, where toilet cleaner might be a 60% discount.
