Europe really feels like a land chosen by God. There are hardly any natural disasters, and even though most cities are farther north than the northern tip of Hokkaido, the weather is mild. Above all, it’s a stable place.
Right now, I’m in Tokyo, where today’s high is 31°C (and this is just the beginning of summer). The humidity is, of course, sky-high, and it’s honestly pretty miserable.
They say that if global warming keeps getting worse, Europe might end up becoming a freezing wasteland. Personally, I think that kind of challenge would be fair for the privileged people of Europe.
