I finally got out.
I used to work very hard then i tried to ask for discharge but refusal. Several times.
So there was a construction site and turned off the cameras then i absolutely fucked it up : took the paint and threw it everywhere, kicked down the scaffolding, tore down the lights, poured water all over the ground etc.
Next day the boss called me like "what happened ? the building company is charging us 1000€ for the damage???" i said "umm i don't know i was really tired i fell down"
What did he say ? "Well we can't give you discharge and unemployement because of the government but we are offering you a 1000€ departure bonus". Which is fine because discharge would have been like 1200€ at best and i'd probably not have been eligible for unemployment anyways if it was due to firing so i took the deal and shook his hand as he looked embarassed.
What is the lesson here ? Well you should never work hard you will get nothing out of it. You should fuck up everything and be a nuisance and they will treat you good and give you free stuff.
