Did you know that in America, if you die and you still have credit card debt, that debt doesn’t go away but it goes to your next of kin/closest family?

Does this happen in your cunt?

Nope. Dystopian shit. Here if someone dies before finishing to pay their house there's no inheritance of debt.

Imo here you can declare the so called single person's bankruptcy and pretty much start anew with some miniscule limitations

Yes
but you get like a letter and if you know that your dad or family member was fucking broke you just say no to inheritance and cancel it. If you say yes than you need to pay the debt.

That's just not true though? It goes to the estate. If the estate has more debt than assets it gets erased. How do I know more about American laws than Americans? I really need to get a life.

If you inherit someone's stuff you also inherit their debt. You can choose not to inherit if the debt outweighs what you might gain.
It pretty much have to be this way otherwise nobody over 40 could ever take a loan.

I mean yeah, isn't that the norm everywhere? If not then in theory you can make your old af parents take a loan and then in a few years once they die you don't have to keep paying for anything. Makes zero sense to give out loans in that case

You don't have to be old to do that. American bankruptcy law is soft as fuck. You can legit spend as much as you want on credit and then declare chapter 7 bankruptcy and as long as you don't have any assets they can take basically nothing happens and you get all your debt wiped out. Your credit score will be destroyed but who gives a shit.
