Surprisingly, I nooticed that is still more than the Soviets. From Wikipedia, the Polish-Soviet war killed 47.5k and the Katyn Massacre killed 27.5k. I would count the Invasion of Poland, but seeing as the Soviets had a KIA of just 1.4k (astoundingly low for the USSR) since they showed up at the end, they probably killed 1k or so at best.
The USSR wasn't just Russians obviously, it had Ukrainians too. I don't know the numbers for the Russian anti-Soviet collaborators and how many Poles they killed.
All in all, for the 20th century, Ukrainians killed more Poles than Russians if the numbers cited by Wikipedia are legitimate.
