I want noble wars again. None of this total war meat grinder shit. Professional standing armies fighting on designated battlefields with opportunities for wealth and glory for the victors, civilians and innocents largely spared any collateral damage. You will never avoid war because it's baked into male nature, and frankly it has positive effects on development. So contain it again and make it a pathway for the aimless and warlike to gain status.
