I take a daily dose of 10mg Escitalopram. It does'nt do that much but it helps.

By brother is on sertraline for general anxiety/depression and feeling like shit because life fucking sucks (it really does, lil bro is cooked). He's doing super fine, sleeps better, no side-effects. Well, not super "super" fine but at least he's able to sleep, which is a big step in the right direction. Thing is my brother has terminal kidney failure and he can't take more than the minimum dose at an interval otherwise it builds up in his system, so I can't say for certain how it will turn out for you.
Just don't eat grapefruit anymore.
