Whitexicans live more like Europeans or white Americans. And they're almost always high middle-class to high-class, except for Slim (who's Lebanese) all of Mexico's wealthiest men are white (excluding Narcos). Like all ex colonial countries, the issue of "race" intersects with the issue of class, sometimes the line gets blurred, a nouveau riche non white mexican can and will rub shoulder with the traditional white elite


As a whole, I would say the whites elites, those that descend from the colonial times, are mostly businessman that leave the function of the state to mixed ("mestizos") individuals and this reflects in how mexican perceive nationality aka as a "pure mixture" of spaniard and indigenous cultures, instead of a multicultural mosaic of different cultures plus sub saharian mixture
