Yeah, anyone with money here probably has a cleaner. We’ve had them for years, usually coming biweekly for three or four hours (or faster if they’re working in pairs, but almost all of the cleaners I’ve hired in Switzerland have worked solo).

I got into the habit when I was living in the USA and had small kids—my wife and I had neither the time nor the energy to keep the house clean. Plus we almost immediately realized that professionals are far better at cleaning than we are. I’ve never looked back or regretted paying for the service.
