At my last full-time job, which I only recently escaped, I worked five fairly long days. Officially, it was a 42hr work week, but I did more than a few hours of work in the evenings. Thankfully there was rarely any leakage into my weekends, and never any at all when I was on vacation.

I’m now just working on some consulting projects and taking a course, and trying not to put in more than three working days a week.

In my ideal world, I would work four days of less than eight hours each, or better still, three full days.

there's just nothing else to do on the weekend. I go to the gym (as always), perhaps take more time in my morning routine or just laze about for an hour or two, might even go out and ride a motorcycle or bicycle for a while. but what then? still 8-12 hours of wakefulness left.

might as well go hang at work and do shit with nobody around to bother me.

I work monday to friday.
I usually begin work at anywhere between 09:35-10:00 depending on when I wake up and finish up before 17:00

as many as needed but i try to limit it to 2-3 days a week and some weeks i just say fuck it and dont work at all. my life literally went from hell to heaven once i started on my own and control my days and hours as i want.

around about 38 hour/week split between two jobs. five days. if it's 6 it's because I decided to work a stat holiday for the extra money.
