I'm in California and from elementary to highschool I saw Filipinos sticking together, there were some half- filipinos and usually if they're half white they would consider themselves Filipino and hang out with Filipinos only not whites. If they were half something else they'd claim both but hang out more with the other half, but still hang out with the Filipinos too.
