Get the pleco dictionary app and download traditional Chinese on Google translate. Look for Taiwanese mandarin YouTube channels and watch and practice at least 30 minutes a day. Maybe try Duolingo for 1-2 months, though that's more mainland style Mandarin. Make a list of words and sentences you'll need and practice them, see if Google translate can recognize what you're saying.
