I'm a doctor and it is mainly just lifestyle choices.

If you exercise regularly, eat a vaguely healthy diet, use suncream, don't smoke, use drugs or drink heavily you will age far, far better than average American.

I also use retinol cream each night which I think helps and take dutasteride to prevent balding which I'd have been a baldy years ago without.

What do you think about creatin and collagen supplements? The latter should improve skin look (also with professional microneedling since I have some bad acne scars) and the former I want to help with my anxiety and depression issues, but I'm scared of going bald because of it.

I'm not a femboy but I just use tazarotene, moisturiser and suncream whenever I have to go outside. I'm also looking into GHK-CU aswell because that's apparently supposed to be good for your skin too. hopefully it should help

There is no evidence of creatine cause hair loss afaik. If this was true it is something which would have to be mentioned on the pots if it was even allowed to be sold at all. Lots of people will start balding when they take it just cause it is the most popular supplement and lots of people will start balding anyway at the age it is taken, it's nothing to do with the creatine itself it's just a coincidence.

I do not know about collagen supplements if this is a pill you take but I would be skeptical. Not saying it doesn't work I'm just not sure and you'd need to speak to someone more informed.
