His savings spree has largely been ineffective and sometimes outright dangerous to highly vital state functions, but maintaining that spirit of frugal responsibility is hard when you hike the national debt even further beyond anyone else, while also removing the teeth of the IRS departments which investigate high level tax evasion (oh geesh aww man oh geesh I wonder why that was done) that was an outright profitable part.
