Why do Swiss products always display the Swiss flag like that? I never saw a French wine with its bottle being the French flag.

You can get a pretty nice bottle of wine for around 10โ‚ฌ, for 20โ‚ฌ you could get a nice Rioja (Muga) or Ribera del Duero (Pesquera). From there you can get into more expensive wines, probably Vega Sicilia is the most famous.

wine needs to be grown in a wet-winter/dry-summer cycle, which japan is not. this is why the west coast of american can grow good wine, but the east coast of america cannot
