how good is your country's wine?

i drink 2 bottles of the cheapest german wine every evening and it´s like 3.50€ at the supermarket.
I guess some french or italian wine taste better but i just want to get drunk very cheap

Why do Swiss products always display the Swiss flag like that? I never saw a French wine with its bottle being the French flag.

we have 525 endemic grapevine varietals
(used to be even more before the s*viets)

good stuff is good,
cheap stuff is still decent
cheapest way to get drunk, as wine is alcohol tax exempt, to encourage the industry.

From the wines I've tried, my favorites are from France, Spain, Armenia, and Greece

You can get a pretty nice bottle of wine for around 10€, for 20€ you could get a nice Rioja (Muga) or Ribera del Duero (Pesquera). From there you can get into more expensive wines, probably Vega Sicilia is the most famous.

california wine is potable. all other american wines are toxic.

wine needs to be grown in a wet-winter/dry-summer cycle, which japan is not. this is why the west coast of american can grow good wine, but the east coast of america cannot
