i drink 2 bottles of the cheapest german wine every evening and it´s like 3.50€ at the supermarket.
I guess some french or italian wine taste better but i just want to get drunk very cheap

good stuff is good,
cheap stuff is still decent
cheapest way to get drunk, as wine is alcohol tax exempt, to encourage the industry.

You can get a pretty nice bottle of wine for around 10€, for 20€ you could get a nice Rioja (Muga) or Ribera del Duero (Pesquera). From there you can get into more expensive wines, probably Vega Sicilia is the most famous.

wine needs to be grown in a wet-winter/dry-summer cycle, which japan is not. this is why the west coast of american can grow good wine, but the east coast of america cannot
