I’m fucking balding and aging like shit at 21 despite not doing drugs, working out and eating healthy. I used to be an attractive looking guy from 16-20 but now im aging horribly.
Also im not really a “mutt”, im 80% English 20% German. Basically the typical “white” person you would see. I have a friend who is a similar age, he’s mixed mulatto guy but he still looks like he could be 16

Does this happen in your country and do you guys have any ways to fix this? I literally look like im in my late 20s or early 30s

Same kinda worse situation than yours. I just accepted it. You can take those pills to remedy it, I know people who say they dont have any side effects but i personally dont want to risk my health

it's genetic bro, realistically there's nothing you can do to revert it. I guess you could try minoxidil and maybe fin but it is purely palliative

young man, if you're that scared, just titrate it. Take .25 mg of fin every other day, then every day, then to .5 mg, etc etc, over even few months. That's what i did and i have 0 issues.

also, 'eating healthy' is almost a near impossibility in the USA. even most non-processed, whole foods are half as nutrient-dense as they were generations ago. you'll need supplements and make sure your gut is also healthy.
