Not really, I usually split my tasks into simple ones so they don't look scary, in order to avoid procrastination

That's a surprising perspective to me, I thought human brain works differently.

Maybe then you could complicate the routine tasks by setting additional strict limits, like a timer (e.g. https://e.ggtimer.com/30minutes), or force zero distraction, etc
