No. Cities and towns just have the name of other cities and towns as their street names here if they are newer. Like Stockholm street, Uppsala street, Kiruna street and shit.
If it's an old street it's usually just named after whatever the main profession was at that location like baker, carpenter, smith etc.

In semi-rare cases they are named after important people who lived on that street.
