Im zmagria but I have a lot of friends who came from morocco/algeria/tunisia as students or to work. 18 to 40yo Honestly outside of the better money and infrastructure all of them are not that happy with the move. They struggle with the bureaucrazy, the weird cultural gaps and other stuff. Tunisia is a cute nation with really nice people, despite the difficulties it's still a really nice place to be don't be so sad ! I would advise you to built a community around something you like and developp things with other tunisian and post it on the web. You could reach to a lot of people and it could open up opportunities.
