Yeah this place isn't the best, but not the worst, I think Oakland is worse, like you can get robbed in daylight in Oakland at an in n out parking lot. Shit like that never happened in Stockton. But there's definitely neighborhoods you should stay away from and don't relax around ghetto people of any race (blacks, latinos, southeast Asians)
What I like about it is it's 20% Asia, so like 70k Asian people, so a lot of cute Asian girls, though most are SEA.
Manteca, Lathrop and Tracy are all safer and growing, lots of new stores popping up.
