It's from 2024. I did a chud study of immigration and found out that 2,894 million people immigrated after 2010, 1,475 million between 2000 and 2010, and 471k between 1991 and 2000. Those are the "legal" numbers, that is without work/stay visas and the like. It's over imc.

The job market in France is the worst in Europe. Basic minimum wage jobs get 100-1000s of applicants. If you don't speak French you don't stand a chance.

What you could do though is become an English teacher. I don't know what the requirements are for foreigners but I think it's the most realistic option for you.

I was a dishwasher almost 10 years ago, and for that I had to have a referral from my uncle just for 2 months of summer work in his millionaire sister's hotel. Ask yourself, who would want to hire a (probably) white firstie used to firstie living and working conditions in a cost driven industry like restauration, and a mentally ill one at that, when you could just have undeclared migrants that pay you to work while they wait for their citizenship ?

Our stat is probably similar. People here are famously something like a quarter foreign-born overall. But only a minority of our resident aliens end up staying forever. Far more popular just to come in for a few years to make as much money as possible, gradually realize what assholes we are and how small this supposed paradise is, and fuck off back to be rich in the old country (for the more working-class immigrants) or on to the next posting with a fresh fat multinational expat contract (for the richer guest workers).
