Southrons: Kicks a ball around on the beach for 8 hours all summer long no problem

It's not fair.
I'm cooped up inside for 8 months because of shit weather and when the weather finally gets warm enough to be outside, I can't without the sun unironically killing me.

If you were born here your face would not look red because it would have got used to receive sun during many months each year.

Many brits have being born here and get the same sun tan as the average Spaniard yet their grandparents come here and get red. It is an adaptation.

Also many brits come here and spend HOURS under the sun until they get BROWN (even browner than the average spanish suntan).

I can´t be more than 20-30 min under direct sun so I can´t understand how they can do it
