That would make it perfectly reasonable to claim she's "Portuguese, Italian and German" instead of just Portuguese and Italian
Keep in mind her German part could be a totally non-stereotypically looking German, like a swarthy one, or even a German national who wasn't fully German ethnically or even at all
It doesn't mean she's claiming to literally be German while having 0,0000001% German blood
