i was minding my own business and a pole in a car pulled over and showed me a picture of a dog and i think he probably said something racist to me in polish calling me a dog or something he said i look like the dog something like that
you just can't make this shit up
this is a usual saturday for indians in warsaw
i just simply said in english "this is the first time that someone's assuming i speak polish?" thinking hopefully he fucks off and leaves me alone
>"oh sorry i thought you looked like a romani, my bad, you're very far from the touristy area and all"
>"do i look like a romani? i'm indian from india, also i live and work here i'm not a tourist, mind your own business :)"
needless to say the weird racist did not mind his own business
>"how long did you live here then?"
>"5 years, ok, mind your own business, weird guy"
>"do you know any polish?"
>"no? do i need to?"
>"so you lived in poland for 5 years and you don't speak a word of polish?"
>"why would i?"
>"because you live in poland"
>"i don't have to"
>"well i'm from australia i moved here 4 years ago and i'm speaking polish to fit in, so..."
>"ok, that's super good for you, good for you, just go away please"
finally he fucking drove away and he was shaking your
it was weirdly presuming of him to say that i don't know any polish at all, i know a lot of words like dobry dzien, dobra, dziekuje, niema, gdzie jest
it was literally just a polish guy pretending to be an australian so that he could PRETEND to own the indian guy because of a racist fantasy
it just doesn't seem very likely that an australian would move to poland for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON AT ALL
why would an australian just start asking if you speak polish? why wouldn't he just talk to me in english? especially because i'm visibly brown... he was trying to prove a point by PRETENDING to be someone who learned polish and this really really doesn't help his point...
so many racists in poland against indians
