im going to give you advice, and this is not a troll but i understand it may seem like it.

drink your own semen.

doing so has had a profound impact on my life, and drastically improved both my confidence, and has also reduced my depression. im not saying you have to drink it everyday, but just every once and a while if you ever need a confidence boost.

my own semen has a faint sweet and slight salty taste, and a hint of a smell like a swimming pool. unironically, if i was my girlfriend, i would swallow 100 percent of the time.
