havent brushed my teeth in like 3 weeks happens iyc?

havent brushed in a week unless you count using my finger
havent showered in 2 months
cannot remember the last time i shampood
never wash my hands either

Why wouldn't you want to do it? Don't you wake up with a bad taste in your mouth?

I only do it if i eat something with a lot of garlic or something fishy so it can be months
I simply dont eat sugar at all and minimize acidic food or wash my mouth plain after that, my teeth arent the whitest but they're doing fine

Used to be like this in my twenties now my teeth are beyond fucked
Please try and force yourself to take care of them while you still can you can toothpaste without fluoride if thats what you're worried about you can even make your own
