I mean you also need to consider the damage you could do with an atomic bomb. Like detonate one in a city and you will be charged with mass murder of 500k, property damage of billions if not trillions, pollution, radioactive contamination of the entire area etc. etc. etc. Plus you also commited multiple war crimes and violated some international treaties as well.
