In Europe, East Asian men could get easily height mogged, and got slanted eye gestures.

I did some research and it is true that there are more women studying abroad.
But the majority of women are only in English and French speaking countries, while in South East Asia and Africa, there tends to be more men.

Women are more obedient and better at complying with rules and pleasing authority figures so they do much better at school. The only studies for which it's relevant to study abroad are for women-centered professions like tourism and language teaching. Not a mystery
