You're clearly autistic so I'll try to explain. Croatia Albania and Kosovo are forming a military pact and rumours are Bulgaria is going to join as well. Even if they're not planning to invade (which they aren't lets be real) it sends a pretty obvious geopolitical message because why else would that specific group of countries team up? Vučič is just responding to their obvious messafe telling to not get any ideas (key word: DEFEND against them, not invade them) while also signalling that the Serbian military complex is open for business while also looking tough in front of his voters. Serbia's diplomatic relations with all of these countries (except for Kosovo obviously) and with the European union have never been better, brainlets who only read these sensationalist headlines clearly don't understand this

Considering Bulgaria and Croatia are in EU, and Serbia, Kosovo and Albania would like to join, what is he scared for? On the other hand, not that it would be bad to have a strong military if we consider the long run, the moment US will pull out of europe we all gotta be ready to have enough deterrence since certain neighbours still like to settle diplomatic disputes with a straight up invasion.
