My crush publicly humiliated me.
I met this cute Thai girl 2 weeks ago at the cafeteria where I normally have my lunch break. Since then we've met a few more times, and it has always been great, and she consistently gave me the impression that she's into me. Last Wednesday, I saw her again, and I told her if she's here on Friday, we can eat together. On Thursday was public holiday. Friday came, but the cafeteria was closed, so I went to eat in another restaurant nearby, and after some time I saw her from the window coming back to her office from the cafeteria. I am not sure ifs he saw me. I was thinking about running outside to talk to her, but thought she might think that's too desperate, so I didn't do anything.
I was thinking about her the whole weekend, and how I am gonna ask for her number and then ask her out on the weekend.
Finally today comes. I go to the cafeteria, and I see her coming in, I say hi, and ask her "do you wanna join me?", and she says "no thank you, bye". I was stunned and shocked. She finished quickly, and on her way out, I stood up and approached her, I said "hey.." and she just ignored me and continued walking like I wasn't there.
The only possible explanation is that she's angry at me for Friday, but this is so weird. Now I'm heartbroken.
