It's the same in the UK. They're not better than a white collar job but pay absurdly well considering you aren't doing anything. Often more than a full time min wage job if you fake disability which isn't hard or rare.

The UK state pension is about £12k per year, which around half of the minimum wage, and about a third of the median wage.

68, but it wont last for long because it's not sustainable. The current system is a ponzi scheme where the current generations pay for the old ones, we desperately need a reform and someone who is willing to take a very unpopular decision

Millennials and zoomers have absolutely no expectation that they will get any social security when they're old. They fully realize they're being forced to pay into the pot that won't benefit them at all
You absolutely MUST invest in stocks and contribute to 401k in order to ever have any hope of retiring
Most just hope they can buy a house as then sell it for profit later in life
