He sent a huge message translated through chatgpt listing all of his mistakes and how he has disappointed him greatly, followed by a calculation of how many millions of losses the guy caused etc.
Sorry for blogposting but I just like witnessing drama and need to share it with someone

My boss is Russian living in Japan and his Japanese is quite poor, so all the workforce he's hiring remotely from Russia, however he still needs some Japanese workers to operate the shops, warehouses and for direct client support.
The coworker in question was Japanese so my boss evidently translated his admonishment from Russian into Japanese and sent into group chat

I think my boss really lacks professionalism. Sometimes he calls me and get mad at me for doing something I didn't do. I than ask him, where does he source the information that I allegedly did something? And he say,
>well, I'm a busy man, I dont have time to actually check what you did but I just thought to myself that you probably did it. You didn't? Oh ok. Well now you know not to do it just in case.
Also I almost never know what work should I do when I clock in, because all the things that I need to do I already have done, and somehow he makes it into my fault that I can't find something to work on.
