The only people that really like Israel are evangelical US boomers, which is some of the worst fanbase I can think of. For the other axis, the haters are split between 70s IQ muslim brownoids on the one hand and the based and the redpilled on the other, which cancel each other out into neutrality on the quality of haters.

It is the common preferred (foreign) country among high cultured people.
Seeing someone actively disliking countries from the top of the graph is an good sign that you are dealing with a chud or other semibarbarian of various types. It's the reasonable expectation when confronted to it, although you could find a few examples of the opposite (especially over time with harsh events of history).

Upper left quadrant overall means that people with strong opinion on the country are retarded. Currently Iran is hated by the same type of people that like Israel and Arabia. That doesn't mean that Iran cheerleaders are good: they are the annoying third worldist crowd and other undesirables. Sane people dont have strong emotions on this quadrant.
The Ukraine is currently shilled by NAFO troons and others who pretend that this failed state ultra corrupt shithole is the vanguard and advanced position of civilization. On the other hand few actively dislike Ukraine outside of jingoist vatniks and fellow travellers going on rants about the inexistence of the Ukraine to justify the invasion and anachronistic irredentism in the Donbass.

Although I don't think we deserve to be that high in this category, our haters aren't exactly the brightest...
On the contrary, people who like what France has produced (its architecture, literature, etc) show a strong interest in beauty.
People who like France can be a bit snobby though, so again, our place on the graph may be a bit over-exaggerated.
